The protection of your personal data and confidential handling of this data is of great importance to us. We would therefore like to explain which data we record, and how this data is processed and saved.

Type of information collected during your visit to this Internet website

We collect data on the number of visitors to our website and about the pages they visit. In detail, the name of the file, date and time, the transferred data quantity, the browser used and the IP address via which you access our Internet website are saved each time you call up our website. This information tells us about general interests and the preferences of our visitors. The data collected is not of a personal, but rather of a general, statistical nature. We merely use this data to determine which parts of our website are the subject of general interest. At no point are user profiles created.

Storage of the information recorded when forms are filled in

If you send data to us under the category Contact, we ask you to state your name, your address or your Email address and other personal data. We save this data. Not all information is obligatory information. Obligatory information is marked with the symbol *.

Please observe that Emails do not possess the confidentiality and security of postal communications. Therefore, please check precisely which data you wish to transfer via Email. Your Emails and faxes will reach the operator of this website via the providers. The operator does not forward submitted data on to third parties, and does not use it for other purposes. The operator cannot be held liable for any violations conducted by the provider.

Duration of storage and deletion

Personal data is kept for a maximum of six months or until the service you wish to have provided has been fulfilled. Of course, you have the possibility to request the deletion of your entire data or parts of it at any time. You can find our address and telephone number here.

Note on analysis and statistics

This website uses Piwik, an open-source analysis tool, in order to generate statistical assessments on the utilisation of the website. Here Piwik uses so-called “Cookies”, text files which are stored on the user’s computer and which permit an analysis of the user’s utilisation of the website. This gives us the possibility to optimise the website for you and to make it more user-friendly. The system stores the collected data (amongst other things the time, the pages called up, the browser used, and the operating system) in a database. The generated assessments are completely anonymised and cannot be used to identify individual people. IP addresses are rendered unrecognisable before they are put into the database, in order to fulfil the legal regulations. No links are made between the stored data and other data sources, and it is not forwarded on to third parties. Users can prevent the use of the cookies by setting the browser software appropriately. However, this may in this case mean that not all functions of this website can be used to their full extent.

Forwarding to third parties

The collected data are not forwarded on to third parties. Your data is not sold, rented out or exchanged. Applications for a job offer in one of our facilities may be forwarded on to employees within the facility if applicable. In this case, the facility is obligated to treat the data confidentially according to the legal regulations and to delete them immediately should they no longer be required.

Determination of purpose of the data collection, processing or utilisation:

• The data collection, processing and utilisation takes place in order to treat the patient and to settle accounts with the appropriate cost units.
• Description of the affected group of people and the related data and data categories:
• Patient data, employee data and data from suppliers, if this is necessary in order to fulfil the purposes stated in 4.
• Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data can be reported:
• Statutory and private health insurances, external specialist physicians involved in treatment acc. § 11 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act), and internal departments (Finances and Staff Accounting).

Statutory periods for the deletion of data:
The legislators have enacted diverse storage periods and obligations. After expiry of these periods, the appropriate data are deleted as a routine measure. If data is not affected by these regulations, it is deleted when the purposes stated in 4. no longer apply.

Planned data transmission to third countries:
A transmission to third countries is not currently planned; if this becomes the case, the appropriate legal prerequisites will be created.
